Description
People are always asking questions in Slack that either should have been tickets in the first place, or turn into requests that should be managed in Jira. It's a priority for some of our teams to be able to create issues from Slack, they don't care about getting Jira notifications in their channels.
Aware of the (fairly pricey) add-on options, but given this is available for Cloud for free it makes them feel even more pricey.
Question - is this just not possible at all or could we possibly hack a slack command if we follow the instructions to create a custom app instead of installing the packaged one from the marketplace?
