            In this case, would you mind to share a screenshot here one more time or upload it somewhere and share a direct link (not sure why Jira doesn't show your attachments)?

            Also, could you please provide more details about your environment? OS, Outlook client (desktop or web, if web, then which browser).

            For some reason, I can't see your attached screenshot but I was able to reproduce it. We've rolled out a fix for this issue. Would you mind to try it out and confirm if your issue has been resolved?

            When I try to add comment it minimizes the Show Issue pane to the top section of the screen leaving a lot of white space at the bottom

            Being able to restrict comments from Outlook right away to project roles and groups for Jira Cloud would be great
