Original: h3. Issue Summary Jira Cloud for Outlook doesn't work for locally install outlook and Safari browser h3. Environment * Safari * Microsoft Outlook h3. Steps to Reproduce  # Go to the marketplace and download the addon  # Install the addon  # Open from Safari # Noticed that the addon doesn't work for locally installed outlook h3. Expected Results The outlook addon should be showing Jira issues h3. Actual Results The outlook addon doesn't work h3. Notes For local Outlook installation, the icon shows but it's not present on the add-in list. For Safari, there's a UI issue as well as the connection doesn't work for creating and view issues. h3. Workaround * Use other browsers (Chrome or FireFox) * For local installation, no workaround at the moment.
