[API-135] Jira Cloud for Outlook doesn't work for locally install outlook and Safari browser

Microsoft has resolved the issue. Closing this.

We've contacted Microsoft and we've been told that this is a known issue on their side. They haven't provided any ETA though. I'll update this ticket once it's resolved.

We've noticed that this issue happens only in Outlook on the Web with "The new Outlook" turned on. So, as a workaround, I'd suggest using any other browser or turning off "The new Outlook":

Hi ckek, I'm from dev team of this add-in.

Firstly, I'd like to ask you what do you mean by "downloading" add-in? As in order to use it you just need to install it from an AppSource either via Outlook web app or desktop client. There's no concept if installers or anything like that.

Secondly, if add-in doesn't work in your Safari browser or your Outlook desktop app I'd like to know which versions of of these you're using. As I'm running Outlook for Mac Version 16.27(19071500) and  Safari Version 12.1.1 (14607.2.6.1.1) and the app is running fine on both platforms for me.

No matter where you're trying to run the add-in we're gonna work on a fix but as a temporary solution I suggest installing the latest version of Safari/Outlook.

I have the same issue with my current installation of Outlook (Version 1902)
