Application navigator missing entries or gone entirely, users unable to navigate to other products

      Symptom

      The application navigator (top-left 'hotdog' drop-down menu) is missing entirely or items from it are missing, causing users to be unable to navigate through other products.

      Workaround

      Contact Atlassian Support, who can disable and re-enable the "Atlassian Navigation Links Plugin" JIRA system plugin to resolve this issue. After it has been re-enabled, the menu should show as normal within one minute.
