Consider consolidating profile/avatar configuration

    Description

      There are currently two locations to update/create/change a user avatar in OnDemand that are exposed to end users:

      • The JIRA User Profile
      • The wiki user settings

      This is confusing for users as they expect to have one place to set their profile avatar (and possibly other information) across all the integrated applications in OnDemand. Please consider consolidating this activity into one area.
