Add CSAT comment data to Atlassian Data Lake

      User Problem

      I would like to query data on CSAT comments so I can create charts in Atlassian Analytics that capture CSAT comments by issue type or assignee.

      Suggested Solutions

      Add a column called  "Satisfaction comment" to Atlassian Data Lake's Jira Service Management family's "Issue" table to show the comment of the CSAT score and date fields already captured in "Satisfaction rating" and "Satisfaction submitted at" columns. 

      Current Workarounds

      CSAT comment data can be viewed in Jira Service Management, but is limited in the types of custom reports that can be built. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/how-can-i-track-customer-feedback-trends/
