Issue Summary
Customer satisfaction chart under Space settings → Summary shows duplicated Y‑axis values
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a Jira Service Management project.
- In the left sidebar, go to Space settings.
- Select the Summary section.
- Locate the Customer satisfaction chart on this page.
- Observe the Y‑axis labels on the chart.
Expected Results
- The Customer satisfaction chart in Space settings → Summary should display a clean, strictly ordered set of Y‑axis tick labels that matches the CSAT scale.
- Each numeric value should appear at most once on the Y‑axis at the correct tick position.
Actual Results
The Customer satisfaction chart shows duplicate values along the Y‑axis
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
