Attempting to group by week results in non consistent week numbers

      Issue Summary

      If you have a query that is returning date data by week, the date "2023-01-01" is reflected as "2023-W52" which is incorrect since January 1st is in the first week of the calendar year.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a query that groups by week
      2. You'll see that the data incorrectly shows as W52

      Expected Results

      Weeks show up properly as "2023-W01"

      Actual Results

      Weeks show up incorrectly
