User Problem

Currently, Jira Server and Data Center customers have access to a report called database statistics. It displays the counts of the following entities:

• Archived Issues(Total)
• Archived Projects
• Attachments
• Comments
• Components
• Custom Fields
• Groups
• Individually Archived Issues
• Issue Security Levels
• Issue Types
• Issues
• Issues In Archived Projects
• Priorities
• Projects
• Resolutions
• Screen Schemes
• Screens
• Statuses
• Users
• Versions
• Workflows

Suggested Solutions

Currently the Atlassian Data Lake only contains the data to get a sitewide count of:

• Components
• Custom Fields (but this count won't be exhaustive because of some missing custom fields)
• Issue Types
• Issues
• Priorities
• Projects
• Resolutions
• Statuses
• Users

It would be great if we could incorporate the missing data into the schema and create a chart template that can reproduce this report that is currently unavailable to cloud customers. 

 

Current Workarounds

One can recreate a subset (aforementioned list) of these counts using the existing data present in the lake.
