Add support for Remote work item links data in Atlassian Data Lake

      User Problem

      Currently, only Jira work items linked within the same instance are visible in the Linked work item table. If a link occurs via 2 cloud sites, cloud and server or using the add web link option in Jira (all considered remote links), we can't query this data.

      Suggested Solutions

      Add remote issue link data to the Jira tables in the Atlassian Data Lake.

      Current Workarounds

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
