User Problem

In Data Shares, can we normalize the 'name' column in the "atlassian_account" table to a specific format? Sometimes the data is in "firstname lastname" format, sometimes it is in "lastname, firstname" format, and other times it is "useremail." It should be a standard, consistent format.

Provide a way to standardize Atlassian user account name formatting in the 'atlassian_account' Data Share table. 

Current Workarounds

Values in the "name" column from the "atlassian_account" table are derived from the name that the users have set in the admin.atlassian.com directory. The users names can be updated in the admin hub to correct how they are formatted in the 'name' column of the 'atlassian_account' Data Share table.
