Currently, because the Atlassian Dake Lake provides access to all sites and products under an organization, the user setting the connection must be an organization admin.

It would be good to have more granularity on this. For example, site-admins being able to setup the Atlassian Data Lake, but only for sites where the user is a site-admin.
