User Problem 

I would like to easily query work items that are linked to alerts in Operations. 

Suggested Solutions

Add a mapping table or a common column between the Opsgenie "Alert" table and the Jira "Issue link" table to allow these tables to be joined. 

Current Workarounds

There is no current workaround at this time.
