User Problem

I want to be able to save dropdown controls that are created using the control editor as templates for use on future dashboards.

Suggested Solutions

Allow users to save dashboard controls as control templates, similar to chart and dashboard templates.

Current Workarounds

You can copy dashboard controls to other dashboards by highlighting the control, and then selecting copy:

- - Sort By Name
  - Sort By Date
  - Ascending
  - Descending
  - Thumbnails
  - List
