Create Hidden variable via control editor

      User Problem

      I want to be able to use the control editor to create a Hidden variable. I'd like to create a slightly more advanced Hidden variable than is currently possible. 

      Suggested Solutions

      Allow Hidden variables to be created with the control editor. 

      Current Workarounds

      The current workaround is to create a Dropdown control with the control editor and to set a default value. Then "hide" the Dropdown by placing a chart or other dashboard element over the control.
