Disable Quickstart guide

      User Problem

      I am a power user of Atlassian Analytics and no longer need help from the Quickstart guide. I've noticed that after an extended time away from Analytics, the Quickstart guide will pop-up for me again even after previously closing it out. I'd love to have an option to be able to disable the Quickstart for myself since I no longer need it. 

      Suggested Solutions

      It'd be great to have an option to disable the Quickstart guide at the user level. 

      Current Workarounds

      The current workaround is to close the Quickstart guide whenever it appears.

            Please note that this occurs at least weekly and there are now 6 clicks required to remove guide pop-ups each time (in this order), even after I've read/clicked through all of these multiple times before:

            1. "Manage templates" (disables the full screen until "Dismiss" or "Take a look" are clicked).
            2. Full "Quickstart" pane on the right.
            3. Small "Quickstart" pop-up at the bottom right.
            4. Small "To reopen quickstart, select Help then Open quickstart" at the top right.
            5. Video popup for "Create a basic chart in 3 minutes" at the bottom right when editing/creating a chart.
            6. "Publish dashboard templates for your organization" when editing/creating a dashboard (disables the full screen until "Dismiss" or "Show me" are clicked).
