User Issue:
When importing a dashboard, if the import fails the error message is very un-informative as it just displays the following
We couldn't import your dashboard Try again in a few minutes, or check our status page for reported incidents. Check status page
Proposed solution:
When the dashboard fails to import, have a more detailed info (either in the logs or on the toast pop-up) on why it failed so users are aware of the issue and is able to action it accordingly.
