Tagging a user on dashboard/chart comments not possible when number of users is more than 50

      Issue Summary

      When a dashboard has more than 50 users with manage access, the functionality to tag users in dashboard or chart comments becomes unreliable.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a dashboard
      2. Enable access to this dashboard to more than 50 people 
      3. Try tagging a/different users in dashboard/chart comments

      Expected Results

      User must be able tag another user with permissions in dashboard/chart comments 

      Actual Results

      User is not able to tag another user in dashboard/chart comments 

      Workaround

      No known workaround for more than 50 users. Users has consider limiting access
