Add Cycle Time data to the Data Share Schema

      User problem

      It would be helpful to have cycle time data included within the jira_issue_enhanced_table table as it is included in the standard Atlassian Data Lake schema.

      Workaround

      Cycle time can be calculated from tables available in data share.
