User Problem
I want to be able to query data related to my organizations Jira Service Management Knowledge Base. It would be useful to be able to create charts in Atlassian Analytics related to the number of views and comments on our articles. This could help our organization measure the rate of case deflection due to the articles.

Add data for the Jira Service Management Knowledge Base into the Atlassian Data Lake.
