User Problem

I would like to query data from my Sandbox site using Atlassian Analytics and Atlassian Data Lake. However, product data from Sandbox sites are not available by default, and the product selection will not display any Jira projects or other product data from my Sandbox site.

Suggested Solutions

Automatically load Sandbox site product data into the Atlassian Data Lake.

Current Workarounds

As stated in the documentation https://support.atlassian.com/analytics/docs/connect-to-the-atlassian-data-lake/ -

Sandbox sites will appear in the product selection, but the data may not be immediately available to query. Contact support if you want to include sandbox site data.

Users can open a support ticket to request their Sandbox site data be loaded into the Atlassian Data Lake.
