    Description

      User Problem

I would like to query Jira Worklog data from the Atlassian Data Lake so I can build charts and create reports on work logged by my team and when the work was done.

      Suggested Solutions

Add Jira work log data to the Atlassian Data Lake, as it was available in the Jira Server database.

      Current Workarounds

The existing Jira Issue History table contains data on when the time tracking value was changed on an issue. You can find this information by filtering on field="timespent". Some of the data that it contains include:

      • User ID of the user who logged in the time spent
      • Time spent that was logged by the user
      • The time when the log was created

However, this is not the full representation of time tracking as displayed in the Worklog table.
