User Problem
There are people in the organization who need access to view all dashboards (or all dashboards of a particular category) but don't require admin access to any.
It is important for these users to always have access to all dashboards without having to rely on a manual process of giving the admin group they are a part of access to any new dashboards.
At the moment, the only role that is able to see all dashboards automatically are admins.
Suggested Solutions
Add the option of user roles or custom roles that can cater to more granular permission requirements than just "user" or "admin" and less granular than permission on a per dashboard basis.
For example:
- View-only Admin
- View-only User for Category <category>
- Admin for Category <category>
- Custom roles so customers can allow non-organization admins to create/edit Atlassian Data Lake and Data Share connections
Workaround
There is no workaround to provide automatic access to existing or new dashboards.
A manual workaround is available - add or remove users and Atlassian groups to new and existing dashboards.
