User Problem

We would like to be able to copy dashboard variable controls to other dashboards. When building a complex dropdown control using the control editor, it would be valuable to be able to copy this control to other dashboards, rather than having to rebuild the control. 

Suggested Solutions

Add the ability to copy dashboard controls, similar to how charts can be copied across dashboards. 

Current Workarounds

You can click-and-drag over the controls and use the Edit selection dropdown in the top-right corner of the dashboard to copy dashboard controls to another dashboard.
