User Problem
We are currently using the visual agent performance view looking at Assist Intents in Jira Service Management to improve intent suggestions and efficiency, with the goal of increasing the number of requests resolved by the bot. This view is basic and not customizable.
I would like to visualize JSM Chat/Virtual Assistant data using a custom dashboard in Atlassian Analytics where we can filter and sort results by date. This will allow us to be most effective in monitoring the Assist bot resolution efficiency and keep working on improving it.
