Add JSM Form data to Atlassian Data Lake

      User Problem

      I would like to query data from Forms in Jira Service Management so I can create charts in Atlassian Analytics that aggregate this data.

      Currently, if I use a Form to power a request type in JSM, the only way I can query the details from the Form is if its questions are linked to a Jira field. 

      Suggested Solutions

      Make JSM form data available in the Atlassian Data Lake.

      Current Workarounds

      Link form fields to Jira fields, so you can query the data from the Jira "Issue field" table. Alternately, export the form data from JSM and connect it to Atlassian Analytics via a Google Sheet.
