User Problem
I want to build charts and dashboards in Atlassian Analytics around major incidents in Jira Service Management, but the Major Incident field does not exist in the Jira "Issue field" table or in JSM "Incident" table.
Suggested Solutions
Add the boolean field "Major incident" to the "Issue field" or "Incident" tables in the Atlassian Data Lake.
Current Workarounds
Add an automation rule to your JSM project that adds a Label value to the issue every time the issue has been marked as a major incident. Then you can query the Label data from Atlassian Analytics.
