User Problem
We use the "Issue Security" feature available in Jira Service Management and Jira Software. We have a JSM project where we use "Issue Security" to create internal tickets that are not visible to different levels / roles.
We have come to notice that the Jira feature "Issue Security" available in Jira Service Management and Jira Software is not possible to be filtered on or queried in Analytics. When trying to build Analytics reports for different audiences, we are unable to filter in/out different levels of issue security.
Please consider adding Issue Security values for each ticket into the Atlassian Data Lake.
Suggested Solutions
Add new columns or tables in the Atlassian Data Lake that provide data on an issue's designated "Issue Security" level.
Current Workarounds
"Issue Security" data can be queried using Jira Reports or by extracting the information via REST API. Neither workaround method utilizes Atlassian Analytics though.
