Add Jira Service Management "Requests deflected" data in Atlassian data lake

      User Problem

      Jira admins can run a report for "Requests deflected" which highlights the effectiveness of their KBs. They would like to be able to replicate this in Analytics.

      This is currently provided as part of default reports in JSM - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-are-default-reports/ 

      Suggested Solutions

      Add a new table(s) in the Atlassian Data Lake that can enable the creation of "Request deflected" report in Atlassian Analytics.
