Add SLA detail data in Atlassian Data Lake

      User Problem

      The SLA table shows how we did with our goals on specific tickets. The information we're looking for pertains to the goal itself - what is it measuring? Does it pause in certain statuses? Is it using a special calendar? What project(s) is it calculating on? In other words, the data used to calculate the values provided in the SLA table.

      Suggested Solutions

      Add a new table(s) in the Atlassian Data Lake schema that provides data on the goals, calendars, and conditions used to configure SLAs in Jira Service Management projects.
