Add Jira Service Management "Portal-Only" user data to the Atlassian Data Lake

      User Problem 

      Users would like the ability to query data pertaining to "Portal-Only" users from Jira Service Management. "Portal-Only" users are a large part of Jira Service Management and it would be valuable to be able to report on data pertaining to these users. 

      Suggested Solutions 

      Add Jira Service Management "Portal-Only" user data to the Atlassian Data Lake.
