      At this time Atlassian Intelligence and Rovo are not HIPAA compliant and our Business Associate Agreement (BAA) does not cover these features. If you are required to comply with HIPAA, we recommend that you do not turn these features on until we have expanded our coverage to include them.

      Also, from https://support.atlassian.com/rovo/docs/rovo-data-privacy-and-usage-guidelines/:

      Due to dependencies from customers to enable Atlassian Intelligence and Rovo, this is a suggestion to make it fully compliant with HIPAA.
