Currently, the feature only supports English dictionary. It would be nice if other languages can be supported as well.

Hi everyone. Thanks for commenting and voting on this feature. We plan to remove the "did you mean" feature in Confluence 5.2 because we found the usage and value to be relatively low and didn't warrant the performance impact that it caused. Since we're not investing in "did you mean" we don't plan to support additional languages for this. Therefore we're closing this ticket.
