It would be great to have an audit log for AI actions done on Confluence, to see what exactly the AI changed in pages, or if it was a user action, such as Confluence page information change (AI edit change on a page, not a user) and Confluence automation created by AI, etc.

This is necessary to have this information as it may be necessary for admins to audit and provide evidence if this action was done by a user or the AI.
