Multiple edits to the same page in a short period of time may remove the page from the 'Activity Stream' dashboard

Description

If a page is edited multiple times (>3) in a short period of time, it may eventually make the page disappear from the All Updates/Activity Stream dashboard.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Page
2. Check the All Updates page - the new page should be displayed
3. Edit and Publish the page a few times (>3)

Expected Results

The most recent change in the page should be displayed at the All Updates page.

Actual Results

The page is no longer displayed, until it is changed again.
