Issue Summary

Currently, questions are not being returned in the search results.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1 Create a question.
2. Step 2 Search for this question(with terms contained in the question) using the sidebar search functionality and advanced search
   
3. Step 3 Search by keywords.

Expected Results

The Question should get displayed under search results.

Actual Results

The Question are not displaying under search results.

Workaround

Try with type "questions" in advanced search
