[AI-182] Add ATOM/RSS support to OpenSearch implementation

It would be very useful to add the functionality to return search results made via OpenSearch in ATOM/RSS format.

This can be done by updating the OpenSearch Description files and adding the relevant tgas and params as per the OSD spec:
