Users created over SCIM with product access are not automatically added to the local Product Default Access Group. It's very counter intuitive to be able to setup automation but still require / need to manually set default groups that are required

Example:

1. SCIM-Jira-Users group is synched;
2. SCIM-Jira-Users group has Jira Product Access;
3. Users from SCIM-Jira-Users are not automatically added to the product's local default access group (e.g: jira-software-users).
