Ability to send invitation email for IDP synced users / notify synced users once they have been granted access

Use Case:

Users synced from external IDPs get product Access Automatically however no invitation is sent to these users informing them about the same.

Suggestion:

Ability for the Org Admins/ Site Admins to enable invitation emails for IDP synced users without manually inviting each user.
