Allow users within an IP range to not to be enforced to 2FA

      Problem Definition

      With the introduction of 2FA, if this is set as active, all users will be enforced to use it, regardless of the IP address they are coming from.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow users to bypass 2FA when logging in via certain IP addresses previously added to the settings.
