Support group renaming for provisioned group

      At the moment, the user provisioning solution with Atlassian Access does not support renaming of provisioned groups.

      Suggestion :
      Allow group rename from IDP to propagate into Atlassian.

      Workaround :

      • Create a new group in IDP to indicate the new group name.
      • Configure the group membership
      • Provision the new group into Atlassian.
