Provisioning: Add support for an attribute mapped to extended_profile.location

Problem Definition

• Some customers may want to sync. office/location details for their users
• Currently, it's not possible to map any user attributes to the extended_profile.location field on a user's Atlassian account(Aa) profile page

Suggested Solution

• Add additional user attributes and update the SCIM schema to support the use of the "Based in" field on a user's Aa profile
