The second step states:
Go to the SAML single sign-on settings page of your Atlassian Cloud site, and click the Restore my original configuration button (you need to click the 'info' icon to see the button).
The Restore my original configuration button does not exist. It isn't clear if the instructions are only valid after Feb. 9th or if the button should be there now.
The current workaround is to delete your SAML configuration, but this generates new URL which will need to replace any existing setting with your SAML provider when you are ready to try again.
