Organization Administrators should receive a notification when a new Atlassian Account is associated with their organization.

      For security, Organization Administrators should be notified when a new Atlassian Account is created with an email address from the org claimed domains.

      This could also be used to notify Organization Admins of potential changes with their Atlassian Access subscription due to additional Managed Accounts being added before the Billing Cycle occurs
