Summary

For administrators that support more than one Cloud site and companies, it becomes a blocker when this administrator needs to create a new organization for another company she/he supports as the option is not available, having to create a temporary user to create the organization, grant access to the primary user and then deleting this temporary user.

Suggestion

Allow organization administrators to create new organizations.
