      Summary

Create a filter on the Managed accounts screen to show Atlassian accounts not verified, today, when an email is edited, the account needs to be verified again, because of this, it is not listed under the managed accounts, losing visibility of these users.

Plus, if a typo is done on an email change, it will not be possible to change it back, it is expected not to be able to view if the typo was done on the domain and it is not verified, but typos on the email prefix can still be fixed if the user is shown on managed accounts.

This lost ability to change the name of users I have created is disrupting the onboarding process for my organization. Any users I create I should be able to change attributes for.

Hi @Rahul Chhabria Can you double check / test the last part of your comment - we have a number of verified domains for our business but if I change a users email address from one domain to another they no longer show up in the managed account user list until they have re-verified their account

proposed solution: unverified accounts will be hidden from the managed account user list (will not be a managed account because the account hasn't been activated). please note that temporary unverified accounts due to email changes will show up in managed account user list.
