      Issue Summary

Customers can't retrieve their SCIM Directory ID in the Atlassian Admin UI after the initial SCIM provisioning setup. The SCIM base URL (which includes the directory ID) is displayed only once during setup and is not persisted anywhere in the Admin console.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Configure SCIM user provisioning for an organization via admin.atlassian.com → Security → Identity providers → Set up SCIM
      1. Complete the setup and close/navigate away from the setup page without saving the SCIM base URL
      1. Attempt to locate the SCIM Directory ID by navigating through Security → Identity providers → the configured directory
      1. Attempt to retrieve the SCIM Directory ID via the public Admin API (GET /admin/v1/orgs/{orgId}/directories) — note: this returns the userbase directory ID, not the SCIM directory ID

      Expected Results

The SCIM Directory ID should be visible in the Admin UI under the identity provider/directory configuration page at any time after setup, or retrievable via a public API endpoint without requiring key regeneration.

      Actual Results

      • The Admin UI does not display the SCIM Directory ID or SCIM base URL after initial setup
      • The public Admin API's directory listing endpoint returns the userbase directory ID, which is a different identifier and can't be used for SCIM API calls
      • The only way to retrieve the SCIM Directory ID is to contact Atlassian support
