Problem Definition
Customers would like to be able to go to an app instance, and from the app directly be able to see only the domains that have access to that site.
Customers can have hundreds of approved domains and make it difficult to get visibility to know which Atlassian site these domains have actual access to.
Suggested Solution
Add a feature in the Admin Hub that allows administrators to:
View a list of all sites within the organization.
Select a specific site and see all domains that grant access to that site.
Example go to cloud URL ducky.atlassian.com
See that only domain:
delete.com
Have access to this site, and clearly show that only these 3 have access over the ~90 possible other approved domains.
Why this is important
This functionality would significantly improve administrative efficiency and security by making it easier to audit which domains have access to each site. It would help organizations ensure that only intended domains have access, reducing the risk of unauthorized access and simplifying compliance reviews.
Workaround
Currently users can see Admin > Apps > App access settings > Approved domains, and see the domains that can request access to their apps apps. However it is not possible to do it the other way around, and it results cumbersome as the user has to click domain by domain to see what site they actually have access to.
