Currently, it's not possible to disable the invitation email when integrating Google Workspace. When a new user is synchronised, an invitation email is triggered.

This is important for customers testing the integration, who need to sych a user account without any external communication.

Workaround:
We can block the id.atlassian.com email domain on the mail server or create a filter to prevent the email from reaching the end user's inbox.
